Wireless Connect
Role - Creative Director & Executive Producer
Overview - Wireless Connect was a bespoke multi-day digital festival that reimagined the ethos and energy of Wireless inside the grand Victorian theatre at Alexandra Palace. I led the creative vision, world-building and immersive format, overseeing concept, artist experience, design and delivery across the project.
Taking inspiration from Wireless’ home in Finsbury Park, the venue was transformed into an overgrown, cinematic festival landscape, combining large-scale foliage, sculptural staging and immersive lighting to create a performance world that felt organic, intimate and expansive at the same time.
The Experience - Rather than a fixed broadcast viewpoint, audiences were placed inside the festival. Using 360° VR, fans could move freely between 12 camera positions, shifting perspective, exploring the environment and curating their own journey through each performance.
Giant LED screens embedded within the set delivered bespoke visual content that paid homage to the festival’s identity while acting as both narrative device and light source, turning the theatre into a living, reactive environment.

“There’s no more forward-thinking festival than Wireless, and there’s no more forward-thinking way of hosting a festival than in 360° VR.”
